HERITAGE AWARD FOR LORD STANLEY: THE MAN BEHIND THE CUP:

The Society of North American Historians and Researchers, in conjunction with the Black Hockey and Sports Hall of Fame have awarded Kevin Shea and Jason Wilson a Heritage Award For Outstanding Sports Research And Writing for their work, Lord Stanley: The Man Behind the Cup (Fenn Publishing, 2006).  The book is still going strong and remains in hardcover for the upcoming Christmas season.

Jason Wilson has recently been interviewed for several documentaries, including:

Reggae Roots Run Deep (a film about the history of reggae in Toronto); Keep on Moving (a film by California-based producer Tom Jordan on the history of UB40) and two music biographies scheduled to appear on Bravo - one on Nick "Brownman" Ali and another on The Sattalites.
